This memorial site serves as unofficial digitized historical archives of Estancia Serenova (2016-2021) as well as its predecessors such as Ingenuity Innovation Center (2012-2017), the Owl Tree Ranch, and the Columbia Humane Society. It is NOT affiliated with or endorsed by any of the aforementioned entities, L.M. Neef & Associates, Inc., or Lion's Gate, LLC, in any way. As we build a more complete history of this ranch, as well as of Happy Hollow and Yankton, we welcome your contribution of stories, photographs, artifacts, and ephemera.
Please note that 32180 Pittsburg Road has been under new ownership and management since Nov. 1, 2021. We have no further information about what is happening there.

We wish to acknowledge this land, which has for thousands of years been the traditional home of the Tsinuk (Chinookan) and Stl'pulmsh (Cowlitz) nations. Today, this place is still the home to many indigenous people from across Turtle Island, including those of the present-day Confederate Tribes of Grand Ronde, the Cowlitz Indian Tribe, and the Chinook Indian Nation. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to work on this beautiful land.
