From the spring of 2016 to October 2021, just over five years, this historic ranch in the foothills of the North Oregon Coast Range, 35 miles northwest of Portland city center, was made available to the community as an event and retreat venue. In addition to organized events, many travelers have found a unique accommodation here.
We are evolving. After five years here, we are shifting our gears and will be focusing on creating something new.
This website is now a tribute to Estancia Serenova's history, as well as the history of this land and of our beloved Yankton/Happy Hollow. If you have been here and have good memories and stories to share, write to us!
